Please show respect to other visitors and all our staff and performers. Threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior, or illegal behavior are prohibited here.

Don't leave the elderly, children and your company that need care unattended.

For the safety, health and comfort of visitors, the theme park and Qushui Bay are equipped with designated smoking areas. With the exception of designated smoking areas, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is not allowed in the Park. Please refer to Visitors’ Handbook for designated smoking locations or ask our staff for assistance.

Please keep an eye on your personal belongings and valuables at all times. Do not leave your valuables in strollers or storage lockers.

For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running and chasing each other for fun, climbing over the railings, playing by the river or committing other potentially dangerous behaviors.

While waiting for your turn to ride attractions, performances, friends or parades, do not push or shove others in the queue or jump in line. The entire party should wait together.

To ensure the safety of our guests, there are clear safe instructions and notice about the use of attractions, facilities and services. Height, weight and other restrictions are applicable for certain rides. Please choose rides accordingly.

The theme park puts safety first and all attractions and facilities will be subject to regular safety maintenance according to relevant regulations, which may cause delay or suspension of the operation time of some attractions. Some attractions in the park may also adjust opening hours according to changes of passenger flow and weather conditions. Please pay attention to the notice of the park.

Prior to riding, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and accept our staff's inspection of safety devices before riding. Those who violate the regulations will be refused to ride without any refund. Please do not stay or sleep in the park after park hours. Sorry for the inconvenience that might have brought you.

The following items cannot be brought into the Park：
(1)
Dangerous items as stipulated by law (including but not limited to: explosives such as fireworks, firecrackers, inflammable items and other similar harmful substances, toxic substances, controlled knives, guns, etc.)
(2)
Food (with the exception of supplementary food for babies) and beverage items like alcoholic beverages; canned or glass contained drinks ( with the drinking water less than 600ml, but guests need to drink a little of it in front of the security prior entering); guests had better finish the food they bring with them( there is no food storage service in the Park); bottled compressed gas (including but not limited to perfume spray and pepper spray)

Pets or other animals (with the exception of guide dogs)
(4)
Pets or other animals (with the exception of guide dogs)
(5)
Colored flags, gongs and drums, tweeter, remote-controlled toys, banners and so on
(6)
Inflatable items such as swim rings, floating mats, hovercrafts, surfing boards with a diameter over 0.5m and balls
(7)
Large professional filming and photographing devices and tools such as large tripods, folding chairs and stools

The following activities are not allowed：
(1)
Without our permission, the sale or exchange of goods or services, or the display of goods or services for sale or exchange, including but not limited to tour services of any kind
(2)
The distribution and display of printed or recorded materials of any kind, or the usage of any flag, banner or sign
(3)
Campfire, barbecue, camping
(4)
Begging, superstitious activities like divination
(5)
Feeding any animals in the Park, including birds
(6)
Playing with kites, remote-controlled devices, such as drones and remote-controlled toys
(7)
Without our permission, rallies, themed events, performances, speeches, gatherings and so on
(8)
Photographing, videotaping, or recording of any kind except for personal and non-commercial purposes
(9)
Any acts that may obstruct the operation of the Park or any associated facilities

Please help to keep the Park environment clean. Please refrain from damaging public facilities and safety equipment and refrain from touching plants in the Park to avoid allergies. In case you find some problems while using our facilities, please inform the staff nearby. In addition, you can also know the latest developments of the park through the broadcast and LED screens in the Park

In consideration of safety and order in the Park, if you violate related regulations or engage in any unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior in the Park, you may be required to leave the Park immediately without any conditions. Sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused you
